My name is Pritish Joshua Victor, a local realtor to help better serve your housing or investment needs in Calgary. I have my license in the residential, commercial and the rural sector.
So here is a little bit about myself - Growing up in Chennai (India), one of the biggest metropolitan cities of the world, I was surrounded by wonderful architecture and buildings that stood the test of time which brought about my love for real estate.
As a student, I worked part time with a property management company called MadeComfy. Working in partnership with this company, I learnt so much and had been exposed to a whole new world of business that I hadn’t tapped into.
My Approach:
‘Honesty and Truth’ is what you can always expect from me. I know the time and the effort that a potential client puts in before going ahead with an agent to whom they entrust all the expectations and hopes for a deal they have been waiting to make for a very long time. I always value the trust of a client and I am not afraid to put in all my effort and hard work to get the best desired outcome. I always want to make sure that you are well informed and know everything you need, and it is my job to do the groundwork for you and communicate all the information that I have collected, to make sure you are educated on what you are getting into. This is what I always prioritize for my clients. Finally, I believe in paying close attention to detail. This includes me being attentive to your unique needs, as no two clients are ever the same.
